IYGIG Collective began with a simple observation: the women building the most trusted partnerships in technology and business were often doing it alone, succeeding individually but rarely being lifted together.
Four founders, each with decades of leadership experience across the technology channel, sales, operations, and community-building, came together around one belief: success multiplies when it's shared. What started as a shared philosophy, If You Go, I Go, grew into a collective built to create real opportunities for women, through community (Elevate Society), platforms and stages (Elevate Voices), and strategic expertise (Elevate Advisory).
Today, IYGIG Collective exists so that no woman has to rise alone.
IYGIG Collective exists to create opportunities, connections, and communities where women rise together. Built on the belief that success is amplified through support, collaboration, and shared experiences, we develop businesses, programs, and experiences that empower women professionally, personally, and socially.
