With over 20 years of sales leadership experience, Mel Kolinski spent the later part of her career in the technology channel, where she learned that the fastest way to grow is to bring other people up with you. That belief has shaped everything since, including the past four years at Ostra and the community she serves. It is also the reason IYGIG Collective exists. Mel co-founded the company and serves as its Managing Director of Strategy, setting the long-term vision, shaping the brand, and building the partnerships that connect its three ventures: Elevate Voices, Elevate Advisory, and Elevate Society.
